How long have you been doing this?
Taida Corp was formed within the last year, but our team has been doing this for years.
Do the deals go through a title company?
Yes. All of our deals go through a local (to the property) and licensed title company. This is to protect both the seller and ourselves.
Are the offers all cash?
Yes, every offer we make is a cash offer.
How quickly can you close?
Typically ~ 25 days. We need this long because the high number of homes we buy.
What do you do with the homes you buy?
We do one of three things with the homes we purchase. Usually we hold on to them as long term rentals. Sometimes we fix them up and flip them. Occasionally, we will assign the contract to another buyer.
